| The City of Prince Rupert has closed the Ridley Island Access Road Landfill site to commercial haulers today with updates to come |
There will be a bit of a slowdown when it comes to hauling items to the Prince Rupert landfill site by Commercial haulers, with the City of Prince Rupert announcing this morning that the Ridley Island Access Road facility is closed to commercial users for the rest of the day today.
The landfill site remains open for residential users, no explanation towards why there was a need to close the site to Commercial haulers has been offered up by the city to this point.
