Real Estate Tracker: Week ending March 19, 2023

The only change of note for the week just ended is a slight price decrease for one of the listings.

The range of the week's results again runs from the top end of $1.195 million dollars to $699,000.

The distribution of our list of ten brings six properties to the west side of city,  compared to the east side's four.
