Prince Rupert Library has your pass to some spring skiing

The Prince Rupert Library may see a spike in visitors today, that after announcing on Wednesday that they have some Free Lift Passes available for some Spring Skiing at Shames Mountain.

Making Prince Rupert's House of Reading also it's House of Skiing.

To take advantage of the opportunity to borrow the passes to Shames, you need to have an active library card. 

The program is on a first come, first served basis and the passes do not include equipment rentals.

As for the mountain, Shames is getting ready for what they hope will be a busy two weeks ahead as Northwest residents get in some late season skiing over Spring Break.

Included in their plans is their GoodFoot March Break Kids Camps the first of which starts this Saturday, with the Second to come March 25th.

They also have a Camp for Adults, where you have opportunity to Master the Mountain
