There have been some location changes in the heart of downtown Prince Rupert over the last few weeks, the first saw the city's local newspaper take up new digs, relocating to the top floor of Third Avenue's Besner Block.
The Big Move to the 'heart of downtown' took place at the end of February.
The Black Press publication looking to help with some of their customers cardio, by moving from a street level location, to one two storeys above the Scotiabank branch downtown.
With their new locale, the front window frontage view for the Northern View, now overlooks the Charles Hays statue and the side door to City Hall.
Perhaps an indication of some expanding municipal affairs coverage to come in the future.
Taking their former spot across from CityWest and Northern Health on Third Avenue West is The Henderson Barbershop, which has travelled down a few steps from their previous location on the city's historic signature Avenue of shops and services.
There you will find both an opportunity for a decently priced haircut and depending on how many people are in front of you; the chance to catch up on all the news around town from the other customers.
