Local groups and organizations that may be seeking funding from the Prince Rupert Port Authority's Community Investment Fund, don't have much time left to make sure that their applications are complete and ready to go.
The Port today reminded those around the region of the deadline for applications which arrives on Monday, January 15th.
For over a decade the Port's Fund has provided the seed money to help deliver community programs and initiatives that cover a wide range of categories, a sample of which you can review here.
As the deadline passes, the PRPA social media stream will soon be sharing word of which initiatives have found success through their applications and what the plans moving forward for those organizations may be.
We have tracked many of those projects over that ten year period, and our archive for 2024 stands ready to relay word of the next initiative that will move forward through the fund.
