Real Estate Tracker: Week ending February 3, 2019

Moving towards the second month of 2019 finds the real estate market remaining fairly predictable, with little in the way of movement on or off of the top ten listing and with values for the most part following the path of the last year.

Even the geographic split in the city has mirrored that of the twelve months prior, with the West side making for the majority of the listings with a few high profile homes found east of McBride.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

One change to the realty line up as we head into the first full week of February, with another property on Graham Avenue entering the new listings for the week.

The shift leaves with West side with seven of our ten listings for the week, dropping the east side to three for our top end property review.

The total value for the top ten listings in Prince Rupert now sits at just over $6,402,000.

The lowest mark for the list of ten is set at  $579,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of  $749,000
