While our temperatures are far removed from a July afternoon, the annual call for applicants for summer employment with the Port of Prince Rupert is underway, with the Port Authority listing a number of job opportunities that will run from May 1st to August 30th this year.
The job applicants must be attending school, college or university during the last school term and have plans to return to their studies in the subsequent academic year.
The Jobs which are temporary/casual cover a total of ten different categories, with the largest number of job opportunities to be found in the Public Affairs offices at the Port.
