As travellers along Highway 16 are more than aware, winter travel means the occasional road closure for Avalanche Control
We made note of one of the most recent control events earlier this week.
But there have been a few others, with the most recent work done just last nightMinistry of Transportation and Highways personnel conducted three timed explosions on March 1st to remove dangerous snow debris that could come down to the highway.
Highways Officials had a video crew on hand at 35 Mile located west of Terrace last night to record that work.
