Future ANBT players go Camping Saturday, with three basketball training sessions

A new addition to the week long festivities that make up All Native Basketball time is set to launch, with a Basketball camp for youth taking place Saturday at Prince Rupert Middle School on 9th Avenue West.

The skills development camp is the first of what organizers hope will be an annual part of activities that surround the All Native tournament

Saturday's event is sponsored by the Aboriginal Sport, Recreation and Physical Activity Partners Council, there will be three categories of instruction planned for the complimentary camp.

Ages 6-9 take to the court from 9 to 11 AM
Ages 10-13 take to the court from Noon to 2 PM
Ages 14-18 get their chance from 2:30 to 4:30 PM

All camps are listed as for coed participation.

The day long instruction is provided by coaches Terry and Kenneth Monture
