With a fair bit of news to catch up on after a break from the blog, we think we managed to catch up on many of the themes and create a pretty good overview of some of the items of note for the North Coast over the last week and a bit.
Among the items which captured the most attention from our readers over the last seven days was our look at the details from the Prince Rupert RCMP related to a highway chase that began at Butze Rapids and ended just west of Terrace on June 25th.

A pair of City Council themes also cracked the Five most read items for the week, one coming from some curious phrasing from a city councillor on the status of senior civic staff, while the City also put out a call for bids for an environmental assessment for the waterfront area near Rotary Waterfront park.
However, the top item of interest for the week comes from the files of the Prince Rupert detachment of the RCMP and their notes on a wild highway chase east towards Terrace.
