A familiar sound from the North now echoes across the Vancouver area as CFNR introduces Journey FM to the Lower Mainland

This past weekend marked the end of a long planned addition to the CFNR family, with Terrace based Northern Native Broadcasting introducing CJNY 106.3 Journey FM, Urban Indigenous Radio for the Vancouver region.

The official launch came as part of the Vancouver Hoobiyee celebrations over the weekend, which took place at the PNE Forum bringing together many of the Nisga'a Nation who have moved south in recent years.
