Northern Health's First Baby for 2024 is from Burns Lake; Northwest's from Haida Gwaii


It didn't take too long into 2024 to celebrate the census of Babies from Northern Health, the first entry into the stork derby coming out of Prince George, with the birth of a baby girl the first child for Amy and Jaden  Janzen of Burns Lake.

Baby Holland, was the newest arrival for the North making her entry at 1:04 AM at the Prince George University Hospital.


Mills Memorial was the host site for the first baby for the Northwest, with a couple from Haida Gwaii celebrating the birth of a boy,  checking in at 2:38 AM on New Year's Day.

Baby Declan making for the second son for Savannah Pelletier and Brian Hiltz of Haida Gwaii, a broth for Ethan.
