Expanded space for vendors/non profits and Craft Fair Cafe among plans for 2019 Kaien Island Craft Fair

It's still about six weeks away, but organizers of the 2019 edition of the Kaien Island Craft Fair are already looking forward to opening the doors to the public on November 15th, launching the annual two day festival of crafts and home made goods.

This year they are making note of the expanded space in the Auditorium that will be available for this years event featuring the works of vendors and non profit organizations.

As well, this year will feature continuous Live Music and the introduction of the Craft Fair Cafe which will be the oasis from the activity in the Main Gymnasium display areas, offering visitors a chance to sit back have some enticing food and a beverage before exploring the Civic Centre further.

The Craft Fair Opens Friday November 15th with the opening night set for three hours from 6 to 9PM. On Saturday, the doors open at 9AM making for a full day of viewing and purchasing through until 4PM.

This year Arts Council members will have Free Admission to the event, while vendors will receive passes, the cost to enter the Craft Fair for all others will be 2 dollars, with free admission for those 18 and under.
