City of Prince Rupert seeks your advice on App improvement through Survey now underway

Users of the City's mobile app program are being asked for some feedback on how to make it work better or to add to the information that is shared by it.

The mobile information system went into service in the Spring of 2018 and hasn't changed much since it's introduction to the public.

Five years later, the city is preparing to move it to a new platform and with that, they are looking to hear from the public on how to add to the features that are offered.

The city notes that the program is currently accessed by more than 2,000 subscribers who make use of many of its features.

The city's survey is a short one, with just five questions of note along with the opportunity to expand on any suggestions that you may have for their project.

The survey is hosted by the City's Rupert Talks portal, you can access it here.

More notes on civic themes can be explored through our Council Discussion archive.
