October 1st deadline approaching for 2023 SkeenaWild Film and Photo Festival

A project that has become a popular vehicle for the film makers and photographers of the Northwest is back with The SkeenaWild Conservation Trust taking applications until October 1st for the 2023 edition of their Film and Photo Festival.

The creative talents of the Northwest can follow two paths with a number of categories for the Festival.

In the Photo element those include, Wild People, Wild Places, Wild Things and a special Youth category for those 16 and under.

Film makers have three options to choose from, Short Films under 10 minutes in length, Feature Films between 10 and 30 minutes and as in the photo option, a Youth category again for those 16 and under.

The festival features Cash prizes for those selected by the organizing committee.

The Terrace based Conservation Trust has full details on the project available on their website, along with a look at the 2022 winners, something to give this years participants a guide as to what the Festival is all about.
