CIHL releases the road map to the Coy Cup with Schedule for 2023-24

When the Prince Rupert Rampage take to the ice on September 30th with their home opener against the Hazelton Wolverines, they will be digging into the ice for a long haul, with many miles to log on the odometer before the CIHL regular season comes to an end on February 4th.

The league has released the full schedule for the AA Senior Men's Hockey season ahead, wth each of the Central Interior Hockey League's eight teams set for a run of nine home and nine road games.

For the Prince Rupert side much of the 18 game season will find them on the road before Christmas, the 2023-24 travels take them deep into the Cariboo in early November, with another lengthy road trip to Quensel and Vanderhoof to come in December

Shorter haul trips. to Terrace, Kitimat, and Hazelton all make for their travel schedule before Santa arrives as well.

Another exciting season of CIHL season launches at the Jim this month,
with the Prince Rupert Rampage home opener on September 30th

Once the New Year celebrations are out of the way and the two week Christmas break comes to an end, the Rhinos won't stray far from their boisterous fanbase at the Jim.

Five of their six games in 2024 take place on home ice, with only one road trip, that to Smithers marking their post holiday schedule.

A period which should make for an exciting push for the playoffs and make the Jim Ciccone Civic Centre the happening place in Prince Rupert in the New Year.
