Members of the Prince Rupert Legion have put out the invitation to drop by the Hall on Third West this Saturday, as they wrap up Legion Week with a community BBQ.
The event which runs from 10AM to 2 PM serves to remind the community about the importance of the Legion and the service it provides in the region.
The BBQ also is sort of an Open House for those that may not have opportunity to check out the Hall and the displays that they have in place there.

The Prince Rupert Legion is located in the 800 Block of Third Avenue West, just east of Save On Foods.
National Legion Week runs from September 17 to 23rd, the cross Canada celebrations this year mark the first of what the Legion plans to be an annual event.
