Marine Debris and impact of plastic on marine life focus for next Coastal Conversation session Wednesday



Marine Debris is the topic for the next in the Coastal Conversation series hosted by the North Coast Ecology Centre Society, with their next discussion sessions set for this Wednesday at the Port Interpretive Centre in Cow Bay's Atlin Terminal.

The latest instalment of the popular discussion program will start at 7:30 PM with the work to reduce marine debris and plastic products in our oceans the area for review. 


Included in the night's program is a look at the local Prince Rupert area citizen science project hosted by the  North Coast Ecology Centre.


The Centre is also in the midst of seeking out corporate sponsors towards their work in the Prince Rupert area and their plans to expand on the programs they offer to the community.
