Skeena MLA hails success of three Terrace hockey teams off to provincials

As we noted earlier today, the Prince Rupert Seawolves are off to Creston for the U18 Tier 4 provincials, but they aren't the only teams in the Northwest with travel plans for Spring Break.

Across the region many communities are taking note of their teams travels ahead and among them, was Skeena MLA Ellis Ross.

On Thursday, Ross paid tribute to the success of three Terrace hockey teams who are heading in a number of directions for tournament play this year.

From the MLA's notes the Terrace teams travel itineraries include:

The U18 team is off to Nelson, U15 travels to Quesnel and U13s are Aldergrove bound for their tournament experience.

As part of his Legislature tribute, the MLA noted of their success in Zones and the support of coaches and parents through the Minor hockey season.

Hockey fans in the Terrace area can follow their teams at tournament time from the Terrace Minor Hockey Social media stream.
