KAPS Winter coat drive underway at Save On Foods

With the winter weather fast approaching on the North Coast, Save On Foods and the Kaien Anti Poverty Society are teaming up once again to help provide winter coats for those in the most need.

The program which has been well received in the past by the community features a bin found at the front of the Store for those that wish to donate to the annual campaign. Save on is adding points for those that bring in a coat, check at the service counter for more information about the program.

Coats will be collected to until around mid December.

KAPS which is based in the McKay Street area of the city offers a range of programs and assistance for residents of limited income, you can find out more about what they have available and how you can help out from their Facebook page here.
