A few properties drop off the listings heading into the second week of May, bringing back a property that had slipped out of the tenth spot a number of weeks ago back in the collection of high end properties for Prince Rupert
With the shift however, the total value of the list of ten has seen a decline, now pegged this week at $5,546.000
The lowest mark for the list of ten sit at $550,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of $749,000
