Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week to week basis.

There were no changes to our listings of the last seven days from our notes of a week ago.

The movement in the market of two weeks ago, left us with all of our properties from the list of ten top end listing coming from the west side of the city's east/west divide of McBride,.

Those ten properties delivered a combined value of $7,455,000 mark to the top end listings in the city.

The lowest mark for the list of ten now increases to $649,000, while our top end from the last week continues to feature a price point set at $995,000.
