The lineup remains for the most part the same as it was prior to our Easter break, though with two new additions to the list of ten, both from the east side of the city, bringing the split at the McBride Street divide to six properties on the west side and four properties to the east.
The total value for the ten top listings in Prince Rupert is pegged this week at $6,125.000
The lowest mark for the list of ten sit at $560,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of $749,000
