Holiday period comes alive through City Hall Christmas lights, Atlin Terminal displays

Prince Rupert City Hall makes for just one impressive display of
Christmas spirit this Season

When the sun goes down tonight, those in the downtown core or Cow Bay Area can find a break from the hustle of the holiday season to take in some of the displays of holiday spirit found in the community.

The lighting up for the Christmas season started last week with the annual Court House display which is part of the city's Winterfest celebrations, the display setting the standard for holiday lighting for the downtown region.

The Entrance to the Cow Bay shopping area also makes for a  festively lit gateway to the area.

From there a few steps more takes you to a Winter Wonderland from the Prince Rupert Port Authority which has made for some festive touches to the Atlin and Northland Terminal areas.

The Daylight view provides a good look at the creative themes available for a view.

You can find other community themes from our archive page here.
