Fundraising plans come together this month with a Social Event in aid of MOOSE Hall

 

Prince Rupert's popular entertainment and social gathering spot the 
Moose Hall is in need of some renovations and a fundraiser this month
is looking to help with the plans

The Moose Hall, a popular downtown gathering spot that has hosted pretty well any event you can think of for Prince Rupert and area,  is in need of a bit of repair and towards that, a community fundraiser is planned for later this month.

The latest project for the venerable community space is the need for two new furnaces for the Lounge and Hall area and towards that a September 30th Social is planned, which will include a Loonie Auction and Dance.

The 19 years and older event will feature "The Surfin' Dudes' as the night's entertainment with the Doors to open at 7PM with the Auction set for 7:30 PM, the music kicks off at 9 with snacks provided after the auction.

Tickets are going for 20 dollars in advance, 25 at the door and you can pick up your advance entry from the Moose Lodge prior to the September 30th event.
