Murder and Mystery ahead for Prince Rupert October 14th

Be forewarned, there's going to be a murder at Prince Rupert's Highliner Hotel and Conference Centre on October 14th ...

No we're not channelling Tom Cruise in Minority Report, but taking note of the 11th Annual Murder Mystery Fundraiser to be hosted by AFFNO which now has tickets available for the event, a popular evening of social gathering which sells out fairly quickly.

Amateur sleuths will gather at the Highliner on Saturday, October 14th at 6:30 and call upon their best Sherlock Holmes or Hercule Poirot to get to the bottom of the mystery.

In addition to the theatrical work on the night, there will live auctions and prizes.

Tickets go for 65 dollars and includes a dinner, the show which takes place in English, all of which is set to a 1940's Las Vegas theme, with a prize to go to the best costume on the night.

Tickets for sale at Cook's Jewellers (Prince Rupert) and/or the AFFNO office (No 18 - 342 3rd Ave. W). To book a table of 8, 9 or 10 people (or to pay via E-transfer) YOU MUST call 250-627-1313 by September 21st.

The annual event is a fundraiser for Le Association des Francophones et Francophile du Nord-Ouett and helps to provide for some of their programs and events in the region.
