Rainmakers revise their weekend plans, as Prince George teams change travel plans



A highly anticipated match up between East and West will have to wait for another day, with word that the DP Todd Junior and Senior teams out of Prince George have cancelled their tip to the North Coast scheduled for this weekend.

Both the Junior and Senior Boys were to take the court with the out of town opponents, the two Rainmaker squads will now revert back to their usual practice and scrimmage sessions for the week ahead.

The Senior Boys will head into the last week of January still  holding firm at the Number three spot in the AA Basketball rankings in BC, the latest results from January 24th saw no change in position for the CHSS squad.



Two teams from School District 52 are on the road this weekend however, with the Junior Girls heading off to play in Hazelton.

Also on the road this weekend will be the Prince Rupert Middle School Storm who are heading for Terrace for Saturday play.

The Rainmaker Senior Girls have the weekend off.
