The last seven days made for much movement in the local market, with listings dropped, new arrivals introduced  and price reductions all making for the theme of the week.

The shuffle also redrew the realty map for the week, with Four properties now found on the east side of the city, with six on the west all in the Graham Avenue area of the city.

Our review this week delivers a decline in the overall value from last week, with the total of the ten top listings dropping below the 6,000,000 mark.

The benchmark for this week back remains just above the six million dollar point,  set at $5,932,000 .

The lowest mark for the list of ten is set at  $525,000, while our top end from the last week remains at the price point of  $674,000
