Our second look at realty listings for 2019 delivered three new properties to the listing's one on the West side of town, two on the east.
The total value for the top ten listings in Prince Rupert now sits at just over six million, three hundred and nine thousand dollars.
The lowest mark for the list of ten is set at $538,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of $749,000
