City outlines plans to demolish unclaimed vehicles

A number of abandoned vehicles are in storage awaiting
demolition if registered owners don't claim them by January 31st

The City of Prince Rupert is making plans to take care of a number of abandoned vehicles that it has collected in recent months, with the City outlining the fate of the thirteen vehicles it has in storage.
A notice provided to the back pages of the weekly paper notes that thirteen will be demolished unless their owners contact the City of Prince Rupert by January 31st.

Registered owners must be able to prove ownership and pay all outstanding charges, including storage by that date.

The vehicles listed include:

1996 White Chevrolet Lumina 4 door Sedan
2000 Grey Dodge Grand Caravan
1998 White Ford E350 Van
1994 Blue GMC 4 wheel drive Pick Up Truck
1998 Green Chevrolet Lumina 4 door Sedan
2006 Grey Nissan X-Trail 4 door Sedan
1991 Grey Ford Explorer 4 door
2000 Grey Ford Explorer
1990 Blue/Camo GMC 1500 Pickup Truck
Black Hyundai Accent 4 door sedan
Grey Mazda '6' 4 door sedan
White Toyota T100 Pick Up truck
Red single axle Boat Trailer

For some reason, the notice for the public has not been posted to the city's website.
