Real Estate Tracker: Week ending January 27, 2019

As the first month of 2019 comes towards its end, the real estate market has been fairly predictable, with little in the way of movement on or off of the top ten listing and with values for the most part following the path of the last year.

Even the geographic split in the city has mirrored that of the twelve months prior, with the West side making for the majority of the listings with a few high profile homes found east of McBride.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

The West side of the city retains its status for the bulk of the top ten high end listings in the city, with upper reaches of the ten all found West of McBride, while this week, there are four properties to be explored to the east of the city's major thoroughfare.

The total value for the top ten listings in Prince Rupert now sits at just over $6,370,000.

The lowest mark for the list of ten is set at  $556,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of  $749,000
