The West side of the city retains its status for the bulk of the top ten high end listings in the city, with upper reaches of the ten all found West of McBride, while this week, there are four properties to be explored to the east of the city's major thoroughfare.
The total value for the top ten listings in Prince Rupert now sits at just over $6,370,000.
The lowest mark for the list of ten is set at $556,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of $749,000
