as the City of Prince Rupert works on water leak in the 300 block area

Motorists along Third Avenue West in the vicinity of the CityWest building are contending with a detour today, as City of Prince Rupert work crews address a water leak on one of the city's main roadways through the downtown core.

In addition the work on Third today, while the calendar may now say fall, around the city work crews are taking advantage of the sunshine today.

With crews spread out around town to address a number of road and infrastructure tasks with many roadways around the city narrowed to one lane as work continues.
