Real Estate Tracker: Week ending September 19, 2021

There's one change to the list of ten for the week, with a West Side listing coming off and an East side property making its entry to the top tier of top end properties.

The shuffle means that there is an even split of  five properties listed east of McBride and five listed to the west of the major arterial road in the city.

The latest listings continue to host three properties over or just under the one million dollar mark and have propelled the overall value of the top end chart to close to 9 million dollars.

The real estate review below is purely for information purposes, for further background on the properties recorded, see our links page for access to the individual real estate listings.
