There's one change to the list of ten for the week, with a West Side listing coming off and an East side property making its return to the top tier of top end properties.
The shuffle means that there is now a shift to the East side for the most properties to be found from the top end real estate review this week.
The latest listings continue to host three properties over or just under the one million dollar mark and have propelled the overall value of the top end chart to close to 9 million dollars., though one has delivered a price drop over the last seven days.
