McKay Street Drop In host for Community Literacy program

An opportunity to participate in a community Adult Literacy program is available though the North Coast Immigrant and Multicultural Service Society, which hosts a Drop In Tutoring session Monday's thru Thursday's through their space at 573 McKay Street.

The program which takes place from 10AM to 2PM  offers assistance in English, Math and Computers, as well as to help those taking part in filling out forms, review materials prior to writing assessments or working on time management.

Earlier this summer the NCIMSS and the Change Makers' Education Society received some additional funding from the province for their programs in Prince Rupert.
