Real Estate Tracker: Week ending September 19, 2022

There was a fair bit of change to the listings over the last seven days, with a number of departing properties, priced reductions for others and movement into the top ten listings for a few others.

Of note for the week is the cluster of homes in the Van Arsdol/Atlin area which make for the bulk of the west side listings.

The tour of our list is now at two for those currently atop the count in the million dollar plus mark this week,  The remainder of the week's listings are in the $800 - 900 thousand dollar mark.

The distribution of our list of ten finds six properties on the west side, four on the east for the review of the movement of the last week.
