Upgrade for Lax Kw'alaams Water Treatment Plant has residents asked to conserve water

Residents of Lax Kw'alaams are being asked to be watchful of their water use for the rest of the week, that as the community water treatment plant gains an upgrade.

The advisory to community members asked for residents to reduce their water consumption as much as possible from today through to Friday when the work is expected to be finished.

The water treatment plant work is part of some extensive water related infrastructure work in the community over the last few years.
