Last call for Theatre and Dessert this Thursday!



The school year comes to an end this week and with it will come one final performance for the year on Thursday night at the Lester Centre.

With an evening of theatre and tempting dessert offerings available, that as the students of the Drama department at Charles Hays Secondary School, under the guiding hand of Alison O'Toole take to the Lester Centre stage for the Annual Dessert Theatre showcase.

This year's event features two performance on the night, with two one act comedies appearing on the night's playbill.

The Fifteen Minute Minimum 

and

The Misadventures of Romeo and Juliet

Doors open at 7 PM, the curtain rises at 7:30

As is the tradition, those in the audience can also bid on homemade deserts as part of the silent auction, something to take along home with you at the end of the performance.

The proceeds on the night are to be put towards payment for the theatre group's recent trip to the Provincial Drama Festival.

Tickets for Thursday's show cost ten dollars and can be purchased from any cast or crew member, they will also be available at the door.
