A bit of a shuffle and some departures from the list of ten made for a busy seven days between reviews, with one high end property on the West side taken off the list and another finding a significant price drop.
Even with an addition for the east side and amidst the shuffle, the west side still outpaces all other areas of the city, with seven of the ten listings for Prince Rupert found on the west side of McBride.
The ask prices for the ten properties were adjusted as well with the removal of a top end listing, with the combined value of $6,696,000 now the benchmark in the city.
The lowest mark for the list of ten remains set at $569,000, while our top end from the last week features a price point set at $829,000.
