There were a few changes to the list of ten this week, with the sale of a few of the listings, bringing back some familiar properties to the upper levels for the week.
The shift has seen the Western side of the city gain the most of the ten listings with seven, while the east side is home to three.
Our review this week finds the total value of our listings dropping from last week's totals, with the benchmark for this week back now marked at just over 5.5 million.
The lowest mark for the list of ten is set at $525,000, while our top end from the last week now remains at the price point of $749,000
