One note of interest for the real estate market comes from an empty storefront location at the Rupert Square which once hosted the R.E. Lepage office in the city.
At the same time as the furniture moved out of the Rupert Square, the local website went off line as well, though the national office continues to list properties available in Prince Rupert.
What the status of the local office might be for the realty firm, may become clearer for the community once the new year arrives.
With the holiday period now underway and not much in the way of movement expected on the real estate scene, our next edition of the Real Estate Tracker will be posted on January 7th, 2019
