With the wind will come rain today and tonight; a forecast that holds true through until next week.

The Marine weather forecast for the next twenty four hours has a STORM WARNING in effect.

Winds will increase to southerly 50 knots this morning and into the afternoon. Diminishing to 15 to 25 knots by Thursday afternoon.

Seas will build to 4 metres in Northern Hecate Strait up to 6 metres in Southern Hecate Strait.
