Real Estate Tracker: Week ending December 15, 2019

There was one  to the top ten property listings over the last seven days,  as one property on the West side of the city came off the list and another from the east rejoined the collection of homes, which continues to provide the West of the city for the largest volume of property listings for another week.

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the week just passed and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week-to-week basis.

The West side continues to dominate our review, with nine of the Ten found on our list continue to be located in a cluster around Graham and Atlin, with one other is in Pineridge area and one along the Downtown waterfront area on Bill Murray Way.

The east side of the city is left two property listings among the ten top end listings, a listing which is located on Raven Crescent and return to the list of ten for a home on 6th Avenue East.

The total value of the list of ten sits a the 6.4 million mark this week, making for much of the same territory as in previous weeks.

The lowest mark for the list of ten  sits  at  $449,000, while our top end from the last week remains marked  at the price point of  $1,350,000
