Senior Boys Rainmakers keep the wins rolling at No Regrets

Update: Senior Boys Rainmakers top Pitt Meadows 78-63 in Semi Final play,  will take on Handsworth in a rematch of last years No Regrets final, with tip off set for 7:30 PM at Collingwood Gym

Friday brought win number two for Charles Hays Rainmakers as they continue their work at the Quinn Keast Foundation No Regrets Tourney on Vancouver's North Shore.

The Friday action found the Senior Boys on the winning side of 77 to 44 victory against Killarney, with Kai Leighton taking player of the game honours on the strength of his 19 point performance.

The recap of the contest from the correspondents of the Tourney notes how some early pressure by the Rainmakers set the tone for the game, with a suffocating defence shutting down much of the Killarney attack through the four quarters.

The size of the Charles Hays players, as well as the well developed chemistry, even if  early in the season appears to have also contributed to their second win of the week so far.

The Charles Hays Squad has moved on to the semi final match which took to the court at 10:45 as they tipped off against Pitt Meadows at the Collingwood Gym, the winner heads to the Tournament final schedule for 7:30 tonight.

You can find more updates on the North Vancouver tournament from the No Regrets website.
