Prince Rupert RCMP outline notes on Canada Wide Warrant and northwest connection for an escapee from Correctional Facility in the Fraser Valley

The Prince Rupert RCMP have put out a call for assistance from the public towards a Canada Wide Warrant for an escaped prisoner who has spent time in the Northwest in recent months.

The Advisory is related to Jessie Wyant Millwater (image below) who escaped custody of the correctional facility in Abbotsford earlier this year. 

Since his escape the Mounties have been alerted to his presence in Prince Rupert, Port Edward and Terrace.

Millwater is described as follows:

Caucasian 
6 foot three inches (191 cm)
176 pounds (80 kg)
He has Brown hair and Brown Eyes

The Prince Rupert RCMP advise the public that if he is spotted in the community that residents not approach him as he is considered Armed and Dangerous.

The detachment asks that you call 9-1-1 immediately and report his whereabouts.
