Real Estate Tracker: Week ending June 12, 2022

A slight change to the list of ten for this week, with a property on 6th Avenue East moving into the tenth spot adding one more to the Eastern side of the McBride Street line.

Three of our ten, currently top the count in the million dollar mark this week, one bubbles just under 900 thousand dollars, while the majority of the week's listings are in the 800,000 mark.

The distribution of our list of ten has five homes for sale on the West side, and five on the East side.
