Chamber of Commerce meeting offers chance to meet new Board members, hear notes on Gitmaxmak'ay Nisga'a Society projects

Third Avenue West's Nisga'a Hall is the venue for the
June meeting of the Prince Rupert and District
Chamber of Commerce

Tomorrow's monthly session for the Prince Rupert And District Chamber of Commerce takes the Chamber members down third Avenue to the Nisga'a Hall, the location a logical one considering the guest speaker for the occasion.

The June 22nd session one which will feature Blair Mirau, CEO of the Gitmaxmak'ay Nisga'a Society who will be providing an update on community projects from the Society, as well as something that is outlined as a special announcement from the Chamber.



As an added bonus for those in attendance at the Nisga'a Hall venue will be the lunch provided by Yaga, the Gitmaxmak'ay Nisga'a Society coffee house enterprise which recently opened at Seal Cove.

The day also marks an opportunity to learn more about the newest members of the Chamber of Commerce Board in the region.


The luncheon is set to take place from 11:45 AM to 1:00 PM
