Real Estate Tracker: Week ending June 19, 2022

A slight change to the list of ten for this week, with a property the east side dropping off the list of ten, replaced by another one on the same side of the city.

Three of our ten, currently top the count in the million dollar mark this week, one bubbles just under 900 thousand dollars, while the majority of the week's listings are in the 800,000 mark.

The distribution of our list of ten features four homes for sale on the West side, and six on the East side of the McBride divide for this week.
