Real Estate Tracker: Week ending September 4, 2016

Every Monday, we look over the listing prices of the past seven days and outline the Top 10 asking prices in the area, providing a snap shot as to where the Real Estate market may be trending on a week to week basis.

Our list of the top ten priced homes for the week ending September 4 is below:

One home was sold during our break from blogging, it's place in the review taken by a returning property on 7th Avenue East which now climbs back onto the list of ten.

With that addition, the east side now features four listings of the ten, while the west side of the city remains  consistent with results from recent weeks, with six homes listed from the west side of the McBride Street divide.

The pricing structure remains much as it has over the summer, the lower range remaining at the $439,000 value, while our top end shows no change from last week standing at $575,000.
