Summer Fun in the Sun to continue, as forecast extends hot weather streak

Sunny skies remain on the horizon over the weekend and beyond for the North Coast

After one week of sun filled skies, warm temperatures and Rueprtites exploring their favourite outdoor sports, the sun splashed adventures will continue on quite a few more days.

Last Monday we noted the string of sunny days that were our destiny this week and with the latest forecast for the North Coast from the Weather Network, your opportunity to catch some sun and take in some spectacular sunsets will carry on, stretching for the most part beyond the mid August period.

That means that some of our main sunspot destinations will find more than a few sun worshippers coming by over the weekend and beyond. Below, a look at a few of the downtown locations that may be popular through the BC Day weekend.
